In May 2010 the Club de la Presse of Montpellier entrusted him to produce an original installation of more than 100m2 of photographs. "Hier, aujourd'hui, demain" was then selected in November 2011 by the City Council of Montpellier to take part in the ZAT! Festival, a major event featuring rewarded international artists. A multimedia version was produced for the event with added sounds, videos and interviews.
In his recent works Nicolas Lefevre steps forward into a more artistic and contemporary approach of photography towards the use of new medias and forms, while placing human being at the center of his work.
